Our services encompass Recuperative Care, Short-Term Post-Hospitalization Housing, Housing Transition Navigational Services, Housing Deposit Assistance, and Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services. Additionally, we are dedicated to developing affordable housing solutions and fostering collaborative relationships with public agencies to address systemic barriers to stable housing.
